Scope and contact

This policy describes the public marketing pages at cormyrllc.com and inquiries submitted through the strategy-call request form. It does not describe every data flow in authenticated account portals or campaign services; those activities may involve additional notices or service agreements.

Information collected

The request form collects your name, campaign or organization, email address, phone number, state, campaign type, and message. You may also provide your role, estimated list size, and timeline. The application records the IP address and browser user-agent associated with a submission.

The web server also records access and error information used to operate the website, such as requested pages, request times, IP addresses, and browser information. Information you choose to include in your message becomes part of your inquiry.

How information is used

Inquiry information is saved so Cormyr can review your needs and respond using the contact details you provide. The website attempts to email an inquiry notification to Cormyr and an acknowledgment to you. Delivery of an email is not guaranteed. Technical request information supports website operation, troubleshooting, and security.

Submitting a strategy-call request does not book an appointment or enroll you in a campaign SMS program. Keep the message focused on your initial inquiry rather than including voter files, supporter lists, account credentials, or other sensitive records.

Storage and operational sharing

Submitted inquiries are stored in the website application database. Inquiry notifications and acknowledgments also pass through the email systems used by Cormyr and the recipient. Website infrastructure and email operators process information as part of providing those functions. The public inquiry form does not itself import your details into a campaign SMS audience or initiate campaign outreach.

Cookies and tracking

The website sets a session cookie and a request-verification cookie to support application sessions and protect form requests. Their configured browser lifetime is approximately two hours and can be renewed by subsequent requests. Browser settings can block or remove cookies, but doing so may prevent form submission or other session features from working.

The public marketing pages do not currently embed third-party advertising or analytics scripts. This website does not currently change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal.

Retention

The website inquiry workflow does not currently impose an automatic deletion deadline on saved inquiries. Inquiry records, notification emails, and server logs can remain stored after your browser session expires. Contact Cormyr to ask about retention of your inquiry or request removal; expiry or deletion of a browser cookie does not delete the saved inquiry.

Your requests

You can contact Cormyr to ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion. Include enough information to identify the inquiry, without sending additional sensitive records. Identity verification may be needed before information is disclosed or changed. Any rights and response requirements provided by applicable law remain in effect.

Security and updates

The public website uses HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. Changes to this notice will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
